As Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the evolution of marketing into a strategic growth function that supports business expansion across a decentralized and fast-evolving international organization. You will make marketing a more intentional commercial force and, working closely with business leaders across the Group, help create strong connections between marketing, sales, and business development.
Your main responsibilities
Lead and develop Helmes’ global marketing strategy.
Build a scalable and modern B2B marketing function that supports commercial growth, lead generation, and market expansion.
Define and strengthen Helmes’ positioning across various target markets.
Lead and build a high-performing marketing team who feels inspired and taken care of.
Support the integration and market positioning of companies joining the Helmes Group.
Who we are looking for
Commercially minded team lead who understands how growth is built in a complex B2B service organization.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience of working with performance metrics, ROI-driven decision-making, and experimentation-based growth approaches.
Experienced in working with decentralised and rapidly evolving international organisations, preferably SaaS, digital products, IT or professional services.
Ability to drive change, learn quickly, and adjust the course without losing momentum when current systems stop working.
Excellent people, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Location
Your primary workplace will be at one of Helmes’ offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, or Warsaw. The role requires regular travel across Helmes Group locations and markets.
