We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Operations Lead to take PetCitys Baltic operations to new heights!
What will you do?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement our retail strategy across the Baltics, ensuring synergy and efficiency across PetCity stores. You will lead and inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and help us grow in a competitive market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Shaping the future – Developing a strong operational strategy and ensuring alignment across all teams and functions.
Leading & motivating – Providing leadership and guidance to regional and store managers, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
Driving performance – Managing retail operations to meet set targets, optimizing store performance, and ensuring a great customer experience.
Full operational oversight – Overseeing key aspects such as salaries, inventory, costs, fulfillment, quality control, and planning.
Analyzing trends & acting on insights – Monitoring operating reports, identifying market trends, and making strategic recommendations.
Marketing & merchandising – Contributing to effective marketing initiatives and overseeing the execution of buying and merchandising strategies.
Reporting to the CEO of PetCity Baltics.
What do we expect from you?
Strong leadership experience – At least 5 years in retail management (food, grocery, electronics, sports, or similar sectors).
Operations expertise – 3+ years in an operational role (regional manager or chain director level).
P&L and finance knowledge – Solid experience with financial performance and budgeting.
Sales-driven mindset – Energetic, results-oriented, and motivated by growth.
Decision-making & hands-on approach – Confident in making strategic decisions while also being involved in daily operations.
Fluent English – Strong written and spoken communication skills.
