As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client portfolio in Estonia. You will open doors to new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships. Your proactive and hands-on approach will help reshape the perception of temporary employment services, positioning BIURO as the trusted choice for reliable staffing solutions.

proactively identifying and engaging new B2B clients, focusing on production, logistics, and service companies
leading cold calling initiatives to secure initial meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, Operations Managers, HR Managers, etc)
qualifying leads by researching target companies and understanding their workforce needs
conducting impactful sales meetings to explore client challenges and present BIURO’s tailored solutions
preparing and negotiating proposals and agreements in close collaboration with the project team
maintaining accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress in CRM
building and nurturing relationships for long-term, strategic partnerships
.
proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in service industries
strong proactive outreach and cold calling skills, with the ability to create opportunities from scratch
solutions-oriented mindset, persistence, and motivation for achieving results
ability to see challenges as opportunities and stay resilient in long sales cycles
fluency in Estonian and English, Russian is a strong advantage
valid category B driving license for client visits
