As Country Lead you will spearhead our growth in Estonia, working closely with our success-driven team. This role offers a golden opportunity to make a profound impact by identifying strategic opportunities, forging key partnerships, and solidifying our market presence. You will play a crucial role in engaging with both large private and corporate investors, boosting their confidence in our platform through effective fundraising initiatives and representing our interests throughout Estonia.

Business development and management

• Dive into market research to identify evolving trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities;

• Ensure compliance to all relevant laws and regulations governing crowdfunding and investment activities;

• Guide and inspire the local Estonian team, developing a culture steeped in collaboration, innovation and accountability;

• Elevate our presence and influence at industry events and within the broader investment community, enhance the brand's reputation and visibility.

Investor relations management

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) investors, acting as their go-to liaison;

• Educate potential investors about our platform, outlining investment opportunities and the advantages of crowdfunding;

• Develop and execute funding strategies to attract substantial investment;

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, develop the best product to HNW investors, and align investor relations efforts with broader business objectives.
