Evopipes Radius Eesti, the Estonian subsidiary, plays a strategic role in expanding the group’s presence across the Baltics. The company delivers high-performance polymer pipe solutions to a wide-ranging client base including construction firms, infrastructure contractors, utility companies (water, gas, electricity), wholesalers, and key project stakeholders such as engineering design offices and construction supervision consultancies.
Operating from a small local setup, the Estonian team collaborates closely with the Latvian manufacturing facility and Radius Group’s international leadership. As Country Manager, you will lead the Estonian subsidiary, with full commercial and operational responsibility. Your mission: to grow the business, build a high-performing sales team, and expand our client base in infrastructure-focused sectors.
Business Development & Sales Expansion
Drive strategic business development and market penetration
Personally lead key customer engagement, deal negotiation, and solution development
Grow sales volumes and identify new growth channels in infrastructure, construction, utilities, and wholesale markets
Team Building & Leadership
Lead the current small team and grow it in the coming couple of years
Attract, recruit, and retain strong performers in sales and sales support
Act as a "playing coach" — lead by example and stay actively involved in frontline sales activities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Develop the local go-to-market strategy in collaboration with HQ
Take part in procurement discussions and contribute to stakeholder negotiations
Oversee CRM reporting, activity planning, and pipeline development in alignment with long-term infrastructure sales cycles
Collaboration & Cross-Border Coordination
Work closely with the Latvian production facility on stock, product availability, and delivery
Align with Latvian facility necessary marketing, logistics, and etc. to ensure market-specific adaptations and support
We are looking for a hands-on, driven, and strategic sales leader with a strong track record in infrastructure-related industries:
5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience building or scaling teams of 5–10 people
Deep knowledge of the Estonian construction, utilities, or infrastructure market
Background in mid-size or large international companies is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, initiative, and commercial focus
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience — from engineers to wholesalers
Fluent in Estonian and English
Sales drive and energy — not just managing, but actively selling and inspiring
Ability to set direction and build something from the ground up
Experience in navigating long sales cycles (e.g. public tenders or infrastructure procurement)
Smart, fast-thinking, and strategic — but equally execution-focused
