SEO & GEO specialist

Role purpose

As an SEO & GEO Specialist, you will help strengthen CybExer’s visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences.

Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will combine content creation with hands-on search optimisation: writing and improving high-quality English-language content, identifying search opportunities, and making sure CybExer’s expertise is easy to discover, understand, and reference.

This role blends copywriting, analysis, technical execution, and collaboration. It directly supports CybExer’s ambition to become the most recognised cyber readiness brand.

What you’ll do

• Write, edit and improve English-language content for CybExer’s website and marketing purposes in close cooperation with the Communications Manager.

• Conduct keyword, topic and search-intent research, and use the findings to create and optimise content.

• Apply on-page SEO and content-structuring principles to make CybExer’s expertise clear, useful and easy to discover.

• Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of CybExer’s SEO and GEO activities across website content and other digital channels.

• Monitor organic search and content performance using analytics and SEO tools and turn insights into practical improvements.

• Stay on top of developments in search behaviour, GEO and AI-powered discovery, and experiment with new approaches that could strengthen CybExer’s visibility.

We’re looking for someone, who can create strong content, understands the fundamentals of search optimisation and are motivated to develop further in SEO and GEO.

The ideal candidate should have

• excellent written English and a strong feel for clear, engaging copy;

• hands-on experience with SEO and content optimisation, including writing or improving web content and marketing copy;

• a good understanding of keyword research, search intent and on-page SEO;

• curiosity about GEO, AI search, LLMs and how they are changing online discovery;

• confidence working with data, digital tools and performance insights;

• a proactive and detail-oriented way of working, with the ability to collaborate closely with communications, marketing and technical partners.

The salary for the role is around €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
