Coffee Address is looking for a skilful and experienced

SALES DIRECTOR

to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, particularly within the vending segment. Sales Director will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the performance of our sales team in Estonia. This role demands strategic vision, leadership prowess, and a proven track record in achieving sales objectives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development - Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet company objectives, with a focus on expanding our presence in the office coffee solutions market and introducing innovative vending concepts.

  • Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and empower a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to facilitate team success and professional growth. Ensure seamless collaboration between sales team and other functions within Company and on the group level.

  • Key Account Management - Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership growth.

  • Market Analysis - Be familiar with market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Utilize insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Performance Management - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, taking proactive measures to address performance gaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Machine Park Optimization - Collaborate closely with the operations team to evaluate the profitability of vending machines fleet. Recommend and execute strategic relocation or replacement initiatives to enhance ROI and client satisfaction.

  • New Business Development - Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, leveraging existing networks and actively prospecting for potential clients.

  • Reporting and Forecasting - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management, offering actionable insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred;

  • demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets;

  • experience in the infrastructure-based industry, retail, or related field preferred;

  • strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team towards excellence;

  • exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

  • strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to meet customers’ needs;

  • analytical acumen with proficiency in data analysis and reporting;

  • adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

  • fluency in English and Estonian required, additional languages considered advantageous;

  • valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
