GROUP HEAD OF COMPLIANCE
to lead and further strengthen its compliance function.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will work closely with executive management, lead a team of experienced compliance professionals, and help shape the future of compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Compliance is viewed as a strategic business partner and a key contributor to long-term success.
What you will do?
Lead and continuously enhance the Group-wide compliance framework
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing compliance team (5+ team members)
Oversee AML/CTF, KYC, and broader regulatory compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions
Develop and maintain Group-level policies, standards, and procedures
Direct compliance monitoring, assurance, and remediation programmes
Lead regulatory inspections and external audit engagements
Advise senior leadership on regulatory developments, compliance risks, and emerging challenges
Foster a strong compliance culture across the organization
What we are looking for?
You are an experienced compliance leader with strong regulatory expertise, sound business judgement, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
Significant experience in a senior compliance leadership role
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
Deep knowledge of AML/CTF frameworks and regulatory requirements
Experience within complex, highly regulated industries
Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Fluency in Estonian and English
