Oncology Promotional Lead (Estonia)

We are looking for an Oncology Promotional Lead to join Servier’s oncology team in Estonia. This hybrid role combines commercial field activities with strategic marketing responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals while also shaping local promotional and brand initiatives. You will play a key role in driving the success of Servier’s oncology portfolio in Estonia and contributing to the continued growth of the business across the Baltics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local product and promotional strategies aligned with regional and global brand objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals across Estonia

  • Prepare and adapt marketing materials, presentations, scientific content, and digital communication assets for the local market

  • Organize medical meetings, seminars, webinars, and educational events for healthcare professionals

  • Conduct market analysis and gather field insights on competitor activities, treatment trends, and customer feedback

  • Drive commercial activities and execute territory plans to achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives

What we expect from you:

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or another relevant field

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or oncology-related roles

  • Understanding of the Estonian healthcare and pharmaceutical environment, including relationships with healthcare professionals

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of results

  • Fluent Estonian and English skills, both written and spoken

  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Estonia
