You will be offered Group level leadership role which accomplishes a lifetime opportunity to enhance and facilitate the continuous growth and improvement of the finance operations of a unique renewable energy company in truly international environment. The home markets of Enefit Green are the Baltics, Poland and Finland.

You will be a strategic leader, enhancing business processes and growth, taking responsibility as a Board Member of the profitability of operations, as well as focusing on financing and investor relations. As CFO, you will own and manage the finance function on Group level and be responsible for its overall results and activities. You will ensure the “financial health” and regulatory compliance of the company. As part of the Management Board team, you will have interaction with various stakeholders inside and outside of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • develop and implement business strategy in collaboration with the Management Board;

  • provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and management team;

  • lead and manage a finance team of 20 professionals;

  • oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance;

  • manage investor relations, including communicating financial performance and strategies to investors and participating in roadshows;

  • optimize capital structure and oversee fundraising and capital allocation;

  • manage financial risks and the Treasury function;

  • drive strategic planning, investments, M&A, and cost management

  • ensure adherence to high standards of corporate governance and transparency;

  • manage tax considerations across markets.

Required experience, skills, and attitudes:

  • 5+ years of experience in top finance management, preferably with a publicly traded company;

  • MBA, CFA, or a relevant master’s degree is highly desirable;

  • proven leadership of high-performing, multi-functional teams;

  • expertise in financing, capital management, and investor relations;

  • strong network in European banking and finance sectors;

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • analytical mind, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and business acumen;

  • ability to work under deadlines and ensure timely decision-making;

  • strong leadership and motivational skills;

  • high integrity and ethical standards, particularly in a partially state-owned business;

  • ability to align finance activities with company goals and strategies;

  • fluency in English, Estonian is a plus;

  • quick learner with a tech-savvy mindset, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in international business and matrix-style organizations is preferred.

Today, Enefit Green is a leading renewable energy company in the Baltic Sea region with a focus on ownership, development, delivery, and operation of the renewable energy and sustainable fuels-based power generation facilities.
