ADAMA is welcoming a Technical agronomist consultant in Estonia to drive product awareness and sales growth by engaging with distributors and farmers.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Act as a technical expert on ADAMA’s portfolio, increasing product awareness and adoption while supporting sales teams and target customers.

• Gather market intelligence through farmer and distributor interactions, sharing insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Assist in planning and executing new product launches, including training programs, field trials, and promotional events.

• Provide technical training and support to sales teams, distributors, and key stakeholders, ensuring they understand product benefits and applications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and agricultural consultants to drive product placement and sales.

A suitable candidate is resilient, independent, and results-driven professional with a passion for agriculture. The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in the crop protection market.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the crop protection industry and emerging trends.

• Fluency in English and Estonian.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with farmers, distributors, and internal teams.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

• A strong mindset, agility, and adaptability in a fast-growing international company.
