HR MANAGER
to help shape our workplace culture and drive HR excellence at a modern distribution center in Laagri, bringing heart and structure to people management.
You will play key part in the local Middle Management Team, report directly to the Baltic HR Manager, and collaborate with Baltic and Group HR teams to support operational and cultural excellence across the business.
Your Main Responsibilities
HR Partnering - you serve as a strategic and operational partner to managers and teams, supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance, and employee development
Culture & Communication - you drive internal communication, CSR, and engagement initiatives that align with HAVI values
Operational HR - you manage full-cycle HR processes from hire to retire, including documentation, labor law compliance, HR systems, and process improvements
Talent & Growth - you coordinate learning initiatives, manage performance appraisals, and help shape employer branding
Work Environment & Compliance - you oversee health and safety processes, risk analysis, and collaboration with authorities
Collaboration & Advisory - you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the Labor Inspectorate, and training agencies
What we are looking for
degree in HR, Business, or related field
at least 5 years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in an independent HR Manager/HRBP role
solid command of Estonian labor law
hands-on approach with HR business partnership mindset
strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
experience working with both office and field staff
fluency in Estonian and English, strong Russian language skills are a plus
knowledge of MS Axapta is a strong advantage
