We are seeking a skilled and motivated logistics excellence expert to join our dynamic team. You will be offered Baltic level role which accomplishes a lifetime opportunity to enhance and facilitate the continuous improvement of the logistics operations of a strong and growing pharmaceuticals wholesale and distributions company. Your home markets will be Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, the position location in any of these countries, and working closely with Phoenix Group. In this role you will be responsible for leading and implementing innovation and continuous improvement projects across our logistics value chain in the Baltics by analyzing large amount of data and reviewing business processes of warehouses in close cooperation with warehouse managers and teams.
help existing logistics teams in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to improve efficiency of logistics–warehouse operations and transport
conduct data analyses and ensure that decisions are based on data-driven insights, maintain visibility of progress and results
analyse and review business processes in logistics value chain, identify improvement opportunities to drive efficiency increase
develop, monitor, and adjust performance metrics for operational processes, integrating them into the management system (capability to create Power BI reports)
utilize LEAN/KAIZEN methodologies to identify and implement improvements in logistics operations and customer service processes
lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of our logistics operations
facilitate cooperation across logistics function of the Baltics, sharing best practices and unifying logistics business processes
proactively inform and engage stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and gather valuable insights

university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related area
minimum of 3 years' experience in large-scale distribution logistics, preferably with exposure to LEAN principles, or equivalent experience through a relevant traineeship
analytical mindset, capability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use insights to drive improvements
proficiency in using analytical tools (PowerBi - preferred, Tableu, Klickview) and SQL is an advantage
hands-on experience with cross-country projects, preferably within LEAN environment
proven experience in managing change, implementing new processes or overseeing business transformations
ability to align logistics activities with company goals and strategies
ability to gather information from various sources, including formal channels and personal interactions, to drive informed decision-making
effective communication and teamwork skills, including with diverse international teams and senior management
high integrity and ethical standards, responding to Tamro’s value set
adaptive learner with a tech-savvy mindset, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
fluency in professional English, any local language - Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian
willingness to travel up to 40% of the time across the Baltics
