Rickman Trade has over 25 years of proven experience as the exclusive distributor of JURA fully automatic espresso machines in the Baltics. Rickman also distributes Blendtec blenders and Whisker Litter-Robots from the US.

How you make an impact

►  As a member of the management team, you are responsible for the aftersales department, its strategy, and execution

►  You balance the levers of quality and efficiency – speed, cost, and the quality of service

►  You lead and develop a cross-border team, ensuring competence growth and best practice sharing

►  You match demand with supply – from managing service queues to optimizing inventory levels

►  You steer the right mix of in-house repairs and external service partners across the Baltics, taking ownership of partner training and ongoing quality assurance

►  You own the service process end-to-end, driving digitalization and system development

►  You explore and realize new revenue opportunities, always with the customer experience in focus

►  You will identify new revenue streams and ways to create an exceptional customer experience, day in, day out.

What helps you to succeed

You have a degree in business or a technical field and bring a rare combination of strategic insight, technical understanding, and leadership drive. You take initiative, prioritise effectively, and focus on meaningful outcomes. As a data driven decision maker, you see patterns where others see fragments, and have the courage to act even in uncertain situations.
You don’t need precise guidance – you are proactive develop, and challenge the status quo. You work across borders, are fluent in Estonian and English (Lithuanian is an advantage), and are energized by a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Your primary workplace is in Tallinn, but the role requires regular travel across all three Baltic countries.
