Sales Network Manager of Swedish Market

Bauroc is the largest producer of aircrete products in Northern Europe. The company operates three state-of-the-art aerated concrete product factories in the Baltic countries, as well as a silicate product factory in Lithuania. Bauroc sells its products in the Baltic and Nordic countries, Iceland, Poland, Germany, and Switzerland under the brands "bauroc," "roclite," and "silroc." Bauroc Group's consolidated turnover is 60 million euros, and it employs approximately 220 people across five countries.

Your main role will be to develop and coordinate the sales network in the Swedish market. You will analyze the Swedish construction and masonry materials market, select products, and determine pricing, as well as design the sales strategy and export plan, and be responsible for its implementation. You will collaborate closely with the marketing manager to create and implement the marketing strategy and plan for the target market. You will actively participate in improving the support processes serving the Swedish market. Your contribution will be crucial to ensuring the growth of Bauroc's market share in the Swedish aircrete product market.

The successful candidate will have an education in economics or construction, preferably at a higher education level. Previous experience in sales management, negotiations, and contracting is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, a desire for development, a sense of responsibility and duty, the ability to cooperate, and initiative in implementing projects. Willingness for short-term foreign assignments is important. Proficiency in Swedish is necessary, and a good command of English is an advantage.
