Area Sales Manager

SALDA is a Lithuanian manufacturer of ventilation equipment and air handling units, with approximately 350 employees and production facilities in Šiauliai, Lithuania. The company serves European markets through a network of distributors and business partners and is now expanding its direct sales activities in Estonia.

SALDA is now looking for an Area Sales Manager to take responsibility for developing our business in Estonia.

Area Sales Manager – Estonia

AS SALDA’s first locally based sales professional in Estonia, your main focus will be expanding the company’s presence in the market through direct sales.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and grow B2B sales in Estonia, focusing particularly on HVAC installation companies, general contractors, and design offices.

• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business.

• Promote SALDA's ventilation solutions, provide technical sales advice, and participate in tenders and projects.

• Represent SALDA in the local market through customer visits, industry events and product training.

• Manage your sales activities independently, working closely with SALDA's technical and sales support teams in Lithuania.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales within the HVAC industry or a closely related field.

• An established network of contacts in the Estonian HVAC market, particularly among installation companies.

• The technical knowledge and commercial skills to understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions.

• A proactive, self-reliant approach, with the ability to manage your own priorities and deliver results.

• Fluency in Estonian and English, and willingness to travel within Estonia and occasionally to Lithuania.
