Financial Operations Officer

A production company in Raplamaa is seeking an experienced Financial Operations officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on financial expert to play a critical role in overseeing financial operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure hands-on compliance with financial regulations.

• Manage all financial performance and reporting.

• Perform all accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage tax filings.

• Budgeting and financial planning.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accountant’s role from a production company. 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Strong proficiency with financial systems.

• Fluency in Estonian and English.

• Proven ability to navigate complex financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

• Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment.
