Junior Assessment & Training Coordinator

We are looking for a structured, service-minded colleague in Latvia, who will support assessments and trainings, and after onboarding and learning process will run assessments for customers projects (tests, interviews, 360 feedback, and reporting). You will be trained in our tools, standards, and methodology.

JUNIOR ASSESSMENT & TRAINING COORDINATOR

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and participants (instructions, scheduling, follow-ups) in Latvian and English

• Administer assessments (personality / motivation tests and other tools), support and later conduct assessment interviews

• Coordinate and support 360-degree feedback projects, including technical support and response tracking

• Prepare outputs - cumulative individual reports and team reports based on assessment results (content structuring + formatting)

• Support trainings - participant coordination, technical set-up, presentation formatting, and materials preparation

• Support contract / agreement workflow (collect information, manage versions, coordinate approvals and signatures)

• Prepare invoices based on agreed terms, track invoice status, coordinate clarifications with clients, and support resolution of payment-related issues

• Handle related administrative tasks, including organizing customer events in the office

What we’re looking for

• Higher education in psychology (could be last course student in  Bachelor’s)

• Strong Latvian and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and customer / service orientation

• Strong time management, emotional intelligence, and reliability

• High precision and attention to detail

• Motivation to learn and grow into an independent assessment role
