How you make an impact

As our a People & Culture Partner, you play a key role in Rickman’s organisational and cultural development. Partnering with the board and management team, your mission is to drive a mindset shift towards growth, performance, and efficiency.

You take full ownership of everything related to people and culture – from developing people strategies to leading hands-on initiatives across Baltic countries. You’ll shape how we hire, grow, and retain our people, fostering a culture that values initiative, accountability, and tangible results. Your role includes shaping HR processes and systems, implementing tools and digital solutions, and driving areas such as succession planning, talent management, performance and development management, and internal career planning.

In addition, you’ll oversee office operations across all three countries – ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment that supports both performance and employee experience.

You bring a combination of energy and structure. You thrive in change and are ready to build things from scratch. Your ability to lead change – especially in mindset and culture – will be critical to success.

You have a university degree (MA preferred) and proven experience in the People & Culture (HR) domain. You know your craft – whether it’s people-centric processes, employee experience, or leadership development – and you balance individual needs with business outcomes. You’re hands-on and unafraid to challenge the status quo, always aiming for better.

You collaborate across borders and functions, and communicate clearly in English.
