AS Kodupaber, an established Estonian company operating under the Aren brand, is expanding into the Lithuanian market. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven

RETAIL SALES MANAGER

to build and lead our market entry locally. This is a unique opportunity to be the first representative in your market and play a key role in driving the expansion of a fast-growing and ambitious Baltic brand.

Your responsibilities

• develop and grow retail sales in Lithuania

• establish relationships with retail chains and central purchasing offices

• identify new business opportunities (including pharmacy and health retail segments)

• negotiate contracts and listing agreements

• prepare assortment proposals and sales presentations

• develop a structured sales plan for market entry

• create and manage a structured sales pipeline (plan and execute sales campaigns)

• participate in trade fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities

• report regularly on performance and market developments

What we expect

• proven experience in retail sales (FMCG or related sector preferred)

• strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently

• strong analytical and planning skills

• results-oriented mindset

• fluency in Lithuanian (native level required)

• English at communication level

• B-category driving license

• good Microsoft Office skills
