Marketing Manager Baltics

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.

Your opportunity

►   Create and implement the marketing strategy and budget for both the company and the brands represented by Rickman in all Baltic countries.

►   Develop and manage creative and successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

►   Develop and manage cooperation with suppliers' marketing departments and vendors.

►   Shape actively the company's represented brand reputation and identity, also for Rickman as an employer.

►   Initiate and implement different marketing projects, cooperations and events etc.

►   Manage corporate and brand communication channels incl. social media.

►   Continuously analyze and calibrate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities to demonstrate high ROI.

►   Be a member of Business Managment team and together deliver the short- and longterm business targets.

Our expectations

►   Higher education in marketing or economics.

►   Entrepreneurial and business acumen.

►   At least 5 years of experience in branding and both, B2B and B2C marketing.

►   Experience from international company, cooperation and/or project management.

►   Hands-on attitude and strong in delivery.

►   Ability to think creatively, outside the box, looking for innovative solutions and challenging the status quo.

►   Strong capability to work with ambiguity.

►   Excellent communicator and highly collaborative.

►   Strong self-expression skills, both oral and written.

►   Strategic and conceptual thinking.

►   Initiative and result orientation.

►   Very good reasoning and analytical skills.

►   Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and result measurement.

►   Fluency in Estonian and English. Russian would be as a strong advantage.
