Consultant / Senior Consultant

Figure Baltic Advisory is looking for an experienced professional to join our Lithuanian team as either a Consultant or Senior Consultant. The final role level will depend on the successful candidate’s experience, expertise and readiness to take responsibility.

You will help organisations make better people decisions by combining data, business insight and practical HR expertise. Projects may cover compensation, salary surveys, job evaluation, pay transparency, employee engagement, assessment and people analytics.

What you will do

• Manage client projects from analysis to practical recommendations

• Analyse data and prepare clear reports, proposals and presentations

• Present results and facilitate client meetings and workshops

• Build trusted client relationships and identify business opportunities

• Develop new solutions and professional content with colleagues across the Baltics

Two possible levels:

As a Consultant, you will independently deliver defined projects, manage day-to-day client communication and develop expertise in one or more advisory areas.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead more complex projects, advise clients in less clearly defined situations, take a more active role in client and business development, contribute to new solutions and mentor colleagues.

What we are looking for

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Experience in consulting, HR, analytics, research or project delivery (typically 2–4 years for a Consultant and 4–6 years for a Senior Consultant)

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data

• Strong client communication and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English

• Curiosity, initiative, commercial awareness and the ability to manage several priorities

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We value strong expertise in one field, curiosity about wider people topics and the ability to learn.

  Consultant 3500-4600 EUR
